Hollie Fisher, BSc (Hons) MCIEEM
Nature Recovery Advice Manager
An experienced ecologist with a background in upland ecology, ornithology and scientific research, Hollie leads the team and drives the development of biodiversity strategies that are grounded in science and tailored to stakeholder needs. Her work focuses on achieving outcomes for businesses, landowners, and local authorities that are ambitious, enduring, and adaptive in the face of change.
Ady Cox, BSc (Hons)
Nature Recovery Advice Lead
Ady is an ecologist with over 8 years’ professional experience. He has specialist knowledge in woodland ecology, habitat design, restoration, and management. He leads on Biodiversity Net Gain delivery, producing strategic Habitat Management and Monitoring Plans for rewilding-focused habitat banks. Ady holds bat (level 2) and great crested newt (level 1) licences and is a FISC4 botanist.
Issy Spoerry
Nature Recovery Advisor
A committed ecologist with expertise in pollinators, freshwater ecology and priority habitats, Issy is MORPH accredited and has experience in carrying out PSYM surveys across a variety of sites. She leads on Derbyshire’s Local Wildlife Site system, designating new areas and working closely with LPAs and landowners to protect and restore existing designations, creating important ecological corridors across the county.
Jordan Holmes, PhD MSc
Nature Recovery Advisor
Jordan is an ecologist with five years’ experience in the industry, proficient in bat, botanical and pollinator surveys. She specialises in soil health, holding a doctorate focused on soil health and carbon storage capacity. She provides expert assessments and tailored advice on restoring soil conditions to improve ecosystem function and create nature-rich and resilient habitats.
Amy Dennett BSc (Hons) ACIEEM
Nature Recovery Advisor
Amy is a skilled ecologist with a GCN licence. She brings strong technical expertise in Biodiversity Net Gain, protected species and priority habitats, paired with excellent stakeholder management to support the delivery of practical and often complex solutions for nature’s recovery.
Julie Phillips BSc (Hons), PGCE
Nature Recovery Advisor
Julie brings botanical expertise and excellent communication skills to her role, working closely with landowners across landscape-scale projects. Her approach builds trusted partnerships that enable long-term, place-based outcomes for wildlife.
Harry Hirst MSc BSc (Hons)
Nature Recovery Advisor
Harry is an ecologist with strong expertise in ornithology, protected species, and species reintroductions. His knowledge supports the development of targeted, evidence-based actions to benefit biodiversity.
Ben Spinoza BSc (Hons)
Nature Recovery Advisor
Ben specialises in fungi, ornithology, and ecological data management. He brings a data-driven approach to our work, using GIS, coding and analysis tools to support robust, evidence-based nature recovery strategies.
Antony Lacey
Nature Recovery Advisor
With extensive experience in ecological consultancy, Ant combines expertise spanning botany, protected species, invertebrates, and ecological assessments, with strong project and stakeholder management to deliver effective and impactful nature recovery work. Great Crested newt licence (level 1) holder and FISC level 4.
Jasper Hughes MSc BSc (Hons) Nature Recovery Assistant
Jasper specialises in Natural Flood Management (NFM) and invertebrate ecology. He is skilled in using hydrological modelling to assess flow paths, using the outcomes to design and implement wetland creation or restoration plans that store water and reduce flood risk at both site and landscape scales.
Dan Marshall MA BSc (Hons)
Nature Recovery Assistant
Early in his ecology career, Dan is already a skilled botanist who supports the team in species surveys and habitat assessments, contributing to the delivery of practical, on-the-ground nature recovery projects. He brings considerable experience of stakeholder and project management from across sectors. Dan also holds a FISC level 4.
Dom Greatorex MSc BSc (Hons)
Nature Recovery Assistant
Dom is an early career ecologist supporting a range of projects. He is developing expertise in green finance, natural capital and priority habitats, helping to integrate these into our evolving approach to nature recovery.
Kate Lemon
Rewilding Delivery Team Manager
25 years of practical land management experience and leading nature’s recovery in Derbyshire including species reintroductions. Experienced in project management and budget optimisation combined with a pragmatic approach and can-do attitude.
Elliott Kean
Rewilding Delivery Officer
A versatile delivery officer and team lead who can lead corporate work days, juggle team schedules, find a wild solution to most problems and is a bit of a rewilding expert.
Paul Harasimow
Wilder Grazing Officer
Known as the cow whisperer for his calm but confident approach with the livestock. A whizz with a tractor and a mine of information on conservation grazing.
Tom Wright
Rewilding Delivery Assistant
Cool and calm in a crisis, Tom is happiest when he is busy delivering wildlife friendly interventions. Has a great attention to detail and endless energy. Popular with all our clients.
